Clean and ample rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.
We should have asked for a room in the back of the hotel away from the highway as it was a bit noisy at night.

The staff was excellent and very friendly.
The only thing that i would have liked to know before I rented a room here was the amount that would be held on my credit card for incidentals. And they should release that hold the same day you check out not wait 2 to 3 days after you have checked out

Centrally located easy access to all major roads, excellent restaurants close by as well as stores!!!

The breakfast option and pool.
The staff first gave us a dirty room.Also, took $50 off my debit card without authorization to hold for incidentals This was a huge problem with my account.They were not good at fixing the problem and did nothing.Also, the hotel had been under a wallpape

For a Hilton property, it was shameful.

I always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns. You usually know exactly what to expect. This franchise was maintained nicely and the staff was friendly and courteous. What more can you ask?
It was hard to get to traveling on MA 128 South, other than that, it was fne.

This hotel is everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff friendly. The fitness room is kind of small, but it was clean and all of the equipment was in good shape.

It was very nice well located. Staff were helpful. No isssues. What one would expect in a good Hampton inn

The staff has it hands down. They always seem cheerful and glad you walked in! Very Clean and Comfortable.
Great place located right on the highway which can be a positive or a negative. Otherwise great place to stay.

We love staying at this location. The staff is always friendly and unbelievably nice to the kids. They do a great job keeping the entire place clean and breakfast offers many different varieties. They do what they can to give you a home away from home experience! Located on Rte 1, it's easy to get just about anywhere yet still offers a "Safe" feeling when you're there. It really should be a 3 star hotel and is definitely not in the same category as some of these other hotels. Definitely a top class hotel and we recommend it to all of our friends when they have family coming to town. ...read more
