The lady that checked us in (in the evening) was very helpful.
Hotel room bathroom had issues - running toilet and slow bathtub drain.

Pretty convenient location off of a freeway but not noisy as you might expect.
Front desk member at check-in was not great so bad first impression. Few dirty marks on sheets.

This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms and lobby are clean. Plenty of parking. Pretty standard service.

Front desk was very helpful and accomodating; Room was always clean; bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable

If we head back next year for my daughter's softball tournament we are definitely going to stay there again; it was conveinent and clean and the staff was very friendly

Staff friendly, breakfasts were good, quiet despite being near freeway.
Battery problems with remote, some furniture too close together (hard to walk by) .

Hampton Inns are known for good locations, good room amenities, WiFi, breakfast offering that is better than just continental style. This Inn is located in fairly quiet section between other hotels and very near shopping and restaurants.

Thin walls. Poor room service.

The walls are extremely thin. Allowing for everyone to hear everyone (at 6 a.m.). We called room service and asked for more towels, and she said she would bring some right up. Never received any towels. Had to use wet/chlorinated towels. Other than that, my expectations were all met.

Convenient.
Room was very small, cigarette smoke smell.

We felt that the room was quite small. It was worn out, and is very much in need of the facelift that it will be experiencing in the very near future. Many times there was evidence of smoking going on in nearby room(s), to the point that we had to call the desk.

Nice, clean updated rooms and very comfortable bed.
Main floor smells like chlorine (as all hotels with pools usually do).

Great hotel for the price.
