Staff was very helpful. My wife liked that the duvets, etc. are laundered every day. Room and bathroom cleanliness was very good.

Couple
We left this hotel after about 20 minutes because they booked us in a smoking room. We were shocked when we got there. With no other rooms available, we ended up leaving. Room made my wife and me sick. It was unhealthy and toxic. We are very disappointed. Don't ever book through Priceline.

I was placed in a smoking room. They would not change it. I was lied to several times. When the manager came out she said to our party...."you be quiet and listen to me". We were horrified. We called the national headquarters. They changed it.

Family Traveling with Teens
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I am a picky traveler and usually have trouble sleeping in hotels,I have no problem sleeping here.

Senior Travelers
The hotel was nicely located and close to many restaurants and shops. The lobby and continental breakfast was enjoyed. The only complaint and this is not the fault of the hotel but people traveling with small children, the sounds of their voices and heavy feet were easily heard. Wish people would be more considerate of others.
