Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Burlington

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We thought the breakfast was fair. But we loved the cookies! The room was very clean. It smelled like clean laundry. The pool was excellent very warm. Overall would definately stay there again but the price was a little high.

The hotel was lovely, the breakfast was good. The main reason we chose this hotel was that it had a hot tub and we were willing to pay extra to stay here. After checking in and settling into our room, we ventured to the pool and found there was no hot tub
The hotel was great but we were very disappointed there was no longer a hot tub at this hotel.

Everything was great except for the lack of advertised hot tub. We have used Priceline in the past and depending on how this issue is resolved, will be how likely I would be to recommend Priceline to others. Until this visit, we have been satisfied with our Priceline purchases.

nice location, decoration to be update, breakfast room to small for the size of the hotel,
just some small details, like door stoppers (door slamming in the middle of the night),more seating space for breakfast, valet parking, pool water with strange color in the morning.

to me if you plan to stay at the hampton inn for two nights it's a good choice for the price, more then that my advice is to look around what more other hotel have to offer

Staff was excellent. Lobby and breakfast were great.
There was an odd smell in the room. The carpets had been cleaned recently and we think that is why there was a lingering smell.

The hotel was right off the highway so was very convenient to traveling in the area. Staff was friendly and attentive.

the comfort of the bed
the barking pets and slamming of doors at all hours of the night, I paid almost full price for this room

as for the price of the room..way OVER PRICED..The main elevator brokendown..the breakfast though filling was very bland, fortunatly it did have many options to choose from...the breakfast area a complete disaster. The waffle bar was such a mess I didn't bother, trash overflowing from recepticles, had to bus my own table to eat at, even outdoor recepticles were over flowing with trash, human hair found in the bathroom in the tub and on the sink, toilet did not flush properly, I even had to wash out the soap dish. ...read more

Convenient to the college
Rooms were a bit old looking...wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. It needs an update.

Good breakfast setting.
Double beds are too small to sleep two persons.

All the service was excellent specially the attention of the employee.
The room is so humid in the morning.

I like the hotel and is very comfortable to stay for various days.
