needed a roll away bed, and it was delivered in less than ten minutes, even tho clerk was solo
did not furnish me with a bill upon check out. said hotels. com would provide???
Aside from the fact that less than 20 minutes after check in we were evacuated due to a fire alarm, it was nice. staff friendly. Initially thought of as a false alarm, smoke came billowing out of the maintenance room, and we were once again ushered outside. took the fire department over 20 minutes to respond. by that time the fire was out. Kudis to the on site maintenance guy!!! ...

The breakfast was ample and awesome.
I did not like the buzzer that sounded when the elevator passed each floor.
The hotel was attractive and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we had a restful stay. The shower was excellent. The breakfast included a lot of variety, healthy choices, and hot food. Overall, this was a good value.
