Business Traveler
This hotel is ok. Some recent upgrades but other parts dated. Your basic Hampton Inn. they sell wine at the little shop and some microwaveable food. There is no restaurant nearby except at the closest hotel down the street (A bella Sera). The Shuttle is sometimes prompt but often spotty and you don't know when it will come pick you up.

Nice clean hotel and staff ,good breakfast, good shuttle service but it is far from local attractions,shops and restaurants with no near public transport, so it is very convenient for stay overnight waiting for a flight or for people who have a car. Also there was no frig in the room as advertised and I think it is necessary to provide the rooms with saves to keep personal belongings. I suggest it would be fair to give visitors some reduction for second or further visits. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The entry way to the hotel was welcoming. Everything we came across, from the room to the pool, was clean and aesthetically appealing. The complimentary breakfast was exactly what we've come to expect and enjoy at the Hilton family of hotels. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had previously stayed at the Hampton Inn in Philly and was blown away. This one wasn't quite as nice, but the staff was just as helpful and friendly.You should definately get the pizza from Sarpinos! The spinach alfredo is amazing!If you are going into Chicago to sightsee they have a free shuttle to the ohare airport where you can catch the train, blue line, and its about a 30 to 40 minute ride into the city. You can drive, might take anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes depending on traffic.I wouldnt advise driving unless you have small children and might need to get back quickly. The prices for public parking are insane. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Nearby a nice variety of restaurants. We will definitely go again for the pool, open 6 am-10 pm. Surprised it's not at least 3 stars. Talked with perhaps 8 staff and every single one was hospitable and helpful.
