Solo Traveler
Definitely better then staying downtown. Free parking, free breakfast, and free wifi! The hotel was gorgeous on the inside, not the prettiest outside location, but convenient non-the-less. The free shuttle service to the airport also includes shuttling to the "L" train that will take you into Chicago (which is cheap and much better then driving).
My credit card was charged and they had no record of it. When I called my credit card company and they confirmed what I saw I re-called the hotel to tell them this information and gave them my credit card company's phone number so they could call to correct the issue. I'm not happy it happened in the first place, but they did correct the problem quickly and easily.
Overall, great hotel and I would definitely stay here again! ...

Solo Traveler
Overall the Hotel was fine. I got what I was expecting. However the breakfast was somehow poor. I was expecting more space and more variety of food. I loved the pool even if I did not use it. I also loved furniture and the quality of cleanliness.
