Excellent and comfortable

The walls in this hotel are paper thin. You can hear every word in the room next-door, and I'm talking normal conversation, not a party. Breakfast was basically a cheap version of everything offered including Coffee mate instead of half and half. The person at the desk apologized for the noise and said some rooms were worse than others. This hotel is a great bargain! We were looking to stay outside of the city in a safe area and this was it. There is lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was fresh and had many choices. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home!

I have recommended this hotel to several friends and family members because it stands out from the rest.
I love the modern but comfortable decor of the rooms, the ease of using the free Internet service, the complimentary breakfasts and how very quiet it is at night.

It is a friendly hotel. Clean rooms, good bathrooms comfortable beds and free wi-fi in all rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the people are very friendly.

This is a little gem of a place to stay in Cleveland! Staff is extremely nice and accommodating, rooms are updated - nice and cozy.

Beautiful hotel w/ plush bedding, nice TV, clothing wardrobe instead of just an open rack; good-sized bathroom and step-in shower. Free wireless available. Beautiful wooded and flower setting; peaceful, out of the city feeling while being close to all venues. The front desk is friendly and informative; she has a box full of directions to Cleveland places to give you, as well as local knowledge.
