It was a handicap room.

Finishing question 15. There was no consideration or help. The hotel was absolutely ridiculous. I laid it out to both parties that I was done playing phone tag as the middle man because both were telling me it was the other person that would help me. Now, I'm not happy with the airline either don't get me wrong, but the next thing, after I deal with not getting any consideration for not being able to make my reservation on the first night, was that I then had to drop another $200 for a DC hotel and take a flight in the morning.

Current, clean and condoned about customer service.

Clean and up to date facilities. 25 mins. from Clemson. Not a bad drive if in the area for a football game and do not want to pay downtown Clemson prices.

Location.
My room reeked of cigarettes when I specifically asked for a nonsmoking room. No other room was available to me.

Convenient location for my business meeting but I hope never to return.
