Staff was very enjoyable and helpful
They put us in the room immediately behind the registration desk/office. I thought that was a little poor.

The location to the airport is great. There are fast food places within walking distance to get that Wendy's frosty, for example.

This hotel is newly remodeled and our experience was exceptional. The desk staff was more than helpful, friendly and very accomodating.
It is a little hidden off the main road, but the GPS was able to locate easily.

We had a very nice stay, there are restaurants within walking distance. The pool although small looked inviting. My sister and I had just returned from a cruise and had one extra day before traveling home. Comfortable bed, nice flat-screen TV, coffee in the room and available in the lobby. We wanted to return the rental vehicle the night before our flight and arranged for the shuttle to pick us up at airport and then transport us the following morning for our flight. Very friendly staff, obviously well trained and sincerely helpful. Very efficient check-in and no surprises.
I liked everything about this hotel.

Typical Hampton Inn service and room quality. That is to say, much better than most hotels I've stayed in. Even other hotels that cost much more $$ are consistently outdone by every Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Clean, modern, large well appointed rooms, excellent staff and good location make this tough to beat. I was very comfortable.

I will certainly look to stay in this hotel again, when I visit my daughter at FGCU.

Advertised shuttle service from airport but arrived after 11 pm and when calling was told " too late". had top rent a car a day early. They should specify that in their ad!

Clean, friendly, comfortable.
Woke up at 5:30am to fire alarm -- guest was responsible for damaging sprinkler, everything flooded.

Even though we were woken up at 5:30am because of a damaged sprinkler and flood from another guest, the staff handled themselves very professionally and were terrific. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. They even packed a take away lunch bag at the check out counter you could take with you when you left. Would highly recommend this hotel.
