The staff was super friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. Also, the pool and hot tub were fun for the kids, and they, too, were very clean. They also offered a great breakfast.

We found out that we were in a smoking room. The staff were very helpful to find us another hotel since the hotel was fully booked and did not have any room available that is non smoking.
Still have smoking rooms.

The hotel is very convenient to TCU, shopping and restaurants .

The rooms and even the hallways were VERY clean. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Staff was very friendly and willing to help.

This hotel is very nice and I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The hotel smelled clean and fresh, not musty like some hotels. The breakfast area was large and the food was great! The pool area was very clean and even had toys and floaties for the kids.

the front door should had been a automatic slide door its hard to open door with all your bags in your hands.

i think the hotel was very nice and clean. the staff was very helpful. the rooms were clean and the beds were nice. the bathroom was one of the biggest i have every seen. we were there for high school state bowling at cityview lanes. it was very close to the center. i hope that we have it next year i will return to stay again. thanks

The extra lamps for light in the room. The comfortable mattress and pillows. The indoor pool was nice. The oatmeal and meat was nice for breakfast. The fast elevator service. No animals.
I loved the hot tub, but it was too hot where after using the jets on my back, my skin was red. (I noticed when I got back to my room.) I personally own a hot tub, so that is what gives me understanding in this answer.

Leadership and excellent management was extremely evident at this location. This hotel manager and staff are making a difference on the excellent experience that the traveler receives.This stay was an excellent value for my daughter and me. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Very clean rooms,very friendly employees, nice indoor pool & hot tub.

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed here and we will stay again. Indoor pool was loved by my kids- I loved the hot tub. Very clean rooms & super friendly employees.

Loved that it had room service and an indoor pool and hot breakfast.
The hot tub wasn't deep enough, and it kept making foam when turned on.

Staff was friendly when checking in, the pool was nice and cool, the bed was very comfy, and the AC worked wonders.

Comfortable beds and excellent continental breakfast.
This may be a little picky, but the comforters were lumpy, like the batting was coming loose inside.

The Hampton in is always a safe choice in hotels. We have always had a good experience with them. This one was nice and we enjoyed out stay.
