This hotel looked new or recently updated, and had everything I could hope for for my stay - clean, quiet room, pleasing decor, comfy bed, and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk would have refunded me,but because I paid on priceline.com, they couldn't. Also, priceline charged me $128, but they put a bill under my door for $107. The front desk said that is what they owe priceline and I should not have been given that bill because my bill was already paid. If you charged me $128, why did priceline bill Hampton Inn for $107. Isn't that price guaging on your part??? I was not happy and will NEVER use priceline again AND Will NEVER stay at another Hampton Inn. I wanted a refund, but couldnt be given one. There was a BIG,BLACK BUG crawiling in my bed while my husband and I were sleeping. That is disgusting and nothing was done about it!!!! ...
