Hampton Inn Jackson

A nice place with a great staff. A normal Hampton experience.

Easy access for location.

Nice breakfast, Comfortable room, Coffee always available, Friendly staff.

We were travelling with three small children - staff were very helpful and understanding. We booked two rooms and they provided us with adjoining rooms, which was a real blessing! The breakfast was very good and the lady working was friendly and helpful with the children.

We had a family outing with children and grandchildren over the Christmas/New Year holiday season. We made lots of requests and the staff either met or exceeded each of them! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was good for the Jackson, Michigan area. Shopping, dining, and other places of interest are very close. The pool was a little small, but well kept and seemed to be very clean. There was no hot tub. The dining area was small and seemed busy during the peak breakfast time. I would travel to this location again! Very clean and friedly! Great location

For the price it's a great value. Right off I94 and US127, free breakfast has some real food (eggs etc) in addition to standard high carb continental breakfast fare. Pool had way too much chlorine. Both rooms we rented (2 different stays same week) smelled strongly of mildew, not uncommon for that very wet and humid area. Reminded me of my old home. If you are not used to it, it could be a major turnoff. However, we had very bad experience at a major chain motel further east on I94, we felt we chose well this time.
