The staff was curteous and attentive, our party spent much time in the lounge, coffee was always provided.
We had to leave. The pool was kinda dingy. Not a problem though.

Seven of my family stayed at the same time. We reserved four rooms, no one in our party had a complaint. We appreciated the lounge, it was light and inviting. We watched the Olympics on the big screen while sitting on comfy couches and chairs. The staff made sure the coffe was always hot and ready for anyone. The staff always polite and accomodating. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. It was very quiet and relaxing.

This hotel is the only hotel that I want to stay at when coming to Jacksonville! This was my first trip to Florida and was visiting Mayo Clinic. The trip from the hotel to the clinic is about 7 minutes. The rooms are clean, well ventilated and bathroom are kept stocked with fresh towels on a daily basis. The lady who checked me in was very polite, helpful and seemed to love her job. To top that, breakfast was plentiful, fresh and included wide array of cold and hot items.
