Hampton Inn Kansas City/Liberty

Overall a good stay.

The Hampton Inn at Liberty/Kansas City was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The entire hotel was well maintained and clean. We particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast with its wide array of food choices. The hotel staff was attentive to guests' needs, including an emergency medical situation that occurred during our stay.

We needed to be in this area for access to family. Rates were high, but we were assured there was only one room left at the time of reservation. Many came and went while we were there. Furniture arrangement in room was inconvenient. No dresser drawers for clothing, armoire located in far corner of room and I prefer it near the bathroom. Beds were good. Trash on floor when we arrived and it was still there when we left. I deliberately left it to check it out only a plastic straw, but I noticed. Rooms were cleaned and made up quickly and nicely every day. Breakfast was fine and one particular employee was very nice. Families traveling with small children were pretty obnoxious at breakfast, no discipline of children who were reaching into containers of bagels, bread with their hands and leaving food there. No fault of hotel but noticeable. Hot waffle iron is in reach of small children and an accident could have happened easily. Overall, no big complaints. Thanks for good rest.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly courteous and helpful staff. A good value for the money.

Room was very nice and clean, very satisfied with my stay. Staff very friendly and willing to answer questions. Housekeeping very friendly and welcomed us and wished us a nice stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I forgot my shaving cream at home and I called the front desk to see if they new of a close location on where I would be able to purchase some and the front desk advised me that they would be happy to provide me with some at no cost. This worked out great because I had an event to attend and did not want to be late. The breakfast in the morning was great.

Hampton Inn Liberty was one of the best hotels that we have stayed in with the kids. The beds were comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast was outstanding. We will always stay here when we visit.

If it didn't allow pets I would give it an excellent rating
