The check-in clerk did not go the extra mile to accomodate the family. She refused to acknowledge the prearranged discussion that was on record

The hotel has a good reputation for accomodating your needs and hope that this was only an isolated incident.

What I paid for in advance was more that the bill I received at check out. That amount was also charged to another credit card ,not mine!

Room was nice and clean.
I was charged more than double by mistake and the hotel claimed it wasn't them since I booked through another agency. The other agency said that they never charge me directly and I got a run around for a couple of days.

Like the fact that the room was very clean
The shower curtain was smelly- The night time staff who check us in did not give any additional info. Felt like we intruded on his texting time.

The hotel was convient, clean and majority of the staff was friendly and curteous. I would stay there again.

Front desk sent me first to a smoking room without asking me, had to come back to change room.

Very clean, nice facility, and quiet.

Room next door was loud-walls were a bit thin, view was horrible.

Clean, Comfort, Good location, Wonderful breakfast.
Cant think of any.

Excellent hotel, Extremely clean, friendly staffs, good location(very close to Linden station and the shuttle service was good too.) and the breakfast was so Good! recommend to anyone!!
