This hotel was great! the staff was very friendly, the sheets and all linens were clean (that's a biggie for me) the location was fantastic--near MSG, restaurants and Penn Station...so much fun, definitely would go again!

Overall, I would stay here again. The rooms were nice but very cramped, and quiet despite facing a busy NYC street. Narrow hallways were difficult to navigate on the day we arrived, because housekeeping had left bags of garbage and dirty linens on the floors and didn't move them for quite some time. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was safe although it wasn't pretty; it was 2 blocks from Madison Square Garden. ...

Perfect for a NYC getaway. Convenient to everything. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, well appointed room. Everything was nice, you expect from a Hampton, but at a bargain price.

it was perfect for a one night stay in Manhattan. one block from penn station and every subway. clean, staff complied with any request, allowed us to stay later than check out time. Perfect for travelers not spending much time in the room.

This hotel was convenient as far as location to Penn Station for me. The room was clean and roomy. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay there again.
