The location is excellent and the staff was responsive to our requests

Great location near 34th St and all the stores and subways; Great eating in Korean Town a 5 minute walk away. Even the front rooms were quiet.

Great location! Clean room! Breakfast had a nice selection.
Room was a bit small, but that is expected in NYC. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to time square and the subway. The room was small, but that is expected in NYC. The breakfast had a nice selection of food, but breakfast area was a bit crowded. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable!

The location of the hotel was probably its greatest advantage. Right near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden and not too far from Times Square.
Only two elevators so it took a while to catch one. If you wanted to take the stairs they only led to the outside so you had to go outside to get to the front desk.

Very clean, and helpful front desk and kitchen people.
Far from the center of time square, and Rockefeller we have to take the cab most of the time.

Might stay again but for Christmas time it is nicer to stay close to the Rockefeller where the fun and Holiday spirit is.

It was clean and nicely decorated.
The noise from the next door rooms and hallway was disruptive, it woke us up each morning we were there.

Very convenient location.
Small rooms, slightly odd smell in rooms.

Very well located. Free breakfast was okay. Beds were okay. Staff
was friendly. The rooms had a slight funky smell to them, but it wasn't unbearable. Location is the best thing about this hotel.

Good location, good complimentary breakfast, and good staff.
No flat surface provided in toilet to put cleaning utensils. No places to put coffee maker and cups, table provided was just desktop.

Comfortable beds, washable duvet cover, cookies at front desk.
Elevator call button didn't light up, couldn't tell if it was working.

Great little hotel in a really convenient location. Minute walk to most of the major subway routes. Friendly front desk staff and warm cookies available in the lobby in the afternoon! Rooms were small but comfy, we were on the 18th floor and couldn't hear the noise from the street (it's not a busy street anyway).

The breakfast bar was great! Wide variety of food choices. Also the cookies at night were a nice touch.
House keeping left our door open one day. Nothing stolen but did give us a scare.

This hotel for the price gave a great value. It was located near Penn Station and taxi stand for easy access to transportation. Rooms with double beds were small but if you plan on lots of site seeing and only sleeping in your room then a great place to stay.
