This hotel was the most terrible. They charged my money as deposit and didn't get me back the money right away and made me most uncomfortable.

This hotel was the most terrible. They charged my money as deposit and didn't get me back the money right away when I checked out and made me most uncomfortable. They have no right to make their customer so uncomfortable like that. If you tell me that info about depositing money to stay there, I'd never tried to stay that terrible hotel. They should change that kind of deposit system for the customer. They only for their side, they don't consider customers' side. Most terrible experience. ...read more
