Location fabulous, staff very gracious with some special touches.
Bathrooms a little tight.
This is a very nice hotel in an outstanding location. Water views, patio located right on the bay, cookies and lemonade served in the lobby. Building has been renovated so rooms are trendy and state of the art.

Location to the mountains and attractions.
Very limited restaurants were available in this location.
The hotel was great with a good breakfast, pool, and location. However, we had to drive about 30 miles to find good restaurants.
