Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Miami Dadeland
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 11, 2011

I cannot tell you how very, very pleasantly surprised we were when we arrived at the Hampton Inn Dadeland. It was late - for us, as we had traveled from England. But the hotel was so inviting as we approached and on arriving at the front desk there were freshly baked cookies. The gentleman greeting us could not have been more pleasant. The lobby is inviting - the message on the mat was absolutely true. Something like - It is a pleasure to welcome you. Sometimes when you leave the lobby area of a place that is not so many stars things go down hill but not this hotel. The walk to our room on the fourth floor - via the elevator was like a 4 star hotel. Seriously. We had previously stayed at a Hilton hotel in London that was supposedly 4 stars and it did not compare to the Hampton Inn Dadeland! The room was huge! And lovely and cold. The air conditioning had been put on in preparation of our arrival. The hotel was spotless. The room was spotless. The bathroom (that included a bath) was really clean and fresh and well presented with lots of white fluffy towels all placed very prettily. Nice big flat screen television. Little office area. Seating area too! Just couldn't have been more delighted. And then each morning we enjoyed a free breakfast. Cereals. Yogurts. Fresh fruit. Bagels. Toast. English muffins. And depending on the day - scrambled egg. Sausage patties. Omelet. And always waffles. We made good use of the pool of course - being Brits (it was December!) and there is a small gym with enough equipment to feel like you are keeping up your healthy routine - if you are so inclined. I hardly dare write such nice things since I don't want the hotel to be full next time we need to visit Miami, but it is so well deserving of lovely things being said about it.
