The Hotel room was GREAT! Got an upgrade at the last minute which i didn't mind. The staff was excellent and veru helpful
I wish I knew about the $75 holding fee for an damages, if any, to the room.
The Price was good, the stay was great. Its location is remote, which was what I was looking for. Overall It was a great, clean, & quiet stay

Mold in the bathroom, no fan in the bathroom. But they were currently remodeling and I'm quite sure they just hadn't gotten to this room yet.

Very helpful staff. Although renovating, it was not a problem. Comfortable beds.
Both mornings ran out of bananas by 8:00 am.
Very convenient, quiet, renovation is very nice.

I liked the location of the hotel and the fact that it had an in-door pool.
I could hear other guests' showers and the toilet seemed to run constantly. Also pool was filled with children for guests with family reunion.
The hotel in located in a nice location and is clean. The in-door pool is nice. Staff is friendly.

The staff was fabulous!
The bathrooms were in bad shape. Toilets ran, shower curtains leaked water into floor, and wallpaper/paint very worn.

Location was excellent convenient to shops, restaurants, shows, some staff could have been friendlier but most were very helpful, very quick to respond to our needs.
