Lisa, the front desk receiptionist, was excellent. She made sure all our needs and questions were met. Her disposition has encouraged me to stay there again.
Hotel was having elevator problems. My mother and I have walking disabilites. I was somewhat interrupted our stay since we had to wait for the elevator to be fixed. The hotel reduced my room rate. Please make sure this credit is reflected on my bill.

Kayla at the front desk was great! Helped me with a room when a mistake i had reserved the wrong dates. The Pricelice help desk contacted the hotel and she accepted a switch in dates. Both the Priceline help and Kayla were great.

Extra pillows. Clean, updated rooms and bathrooms, and affordable.
I accidentally booked a smoking room. The smell was barely noticeable, but it was a smoking area. I did not realize hotels still allow smoking rooms.
