The hotel was pristinely clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The fresh warm cookies and milk in the lobby and friendly guests from all over the world cemented my return next year! The breakfast was also delicious.
Not one negative thing to say.

Perfect location for our trip. Rooms are small, but clean. Would stay again.
Some reviews mention a smell in the hotel, which was noticable but not overwhelming or unpleasent for us. Smelled like disinfectant on the carpets in the hallway, not in our room.
One very short block from the 23rd Street Path/Subway station. Easy to get to via public transportation.

Excellent customer service at check in and on the phone working out Internet passwords.
Maids talk loudly & make too much noise in the hallways. Many of us business travelers sleep in the afternoon.
Good hotel for the price. Clean rooms, smart and friendly clerks, great location. Comfortable bed. Good Internet.

The room had a monitor in it (C02?) that blinked all night. Put the monitors in the hall, not the bedroom.

Free tea, coffee, WiFi, and breakfast. Bathroom was nice, bed comfy, friendly staff.
Ice machines not conveniently located, elevators overloaded and over worked, tiny hallways and rooms.

Rooms, hallways and elevators were very small.
WE enjoyed our stay. Though the rooms were small they were very nice and very clean! That matter more than anything. I would stay there again!
