Spacious rooms, great breakfast, hot beverages always available in the lobby, very helpful reception staff.
I wish there was wireless internet in the rooms, rather than just wired.

This hotel is very convenient to the LaGuardia airport. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options, both hot and cold, and I appreciate the choice of hot beverages that are always available in the lobby. It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms.

The hotel has great staff. The breakfast is ok.
The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel and very inconvenient in the winter months.

If you want to be out of the NYC and into suburbia this is a great location. Please keep in mind the pool is inconvenient. The shuttle is great if you want to go to the Subway.

I was really looking for cheap hotel to crash for the night, but we had to go over our budget because there was nothing available in New York City. The room was beyond what we expected. Is quiet, even though is near La Guardia. The Q48 bus stop is just in front, but it can be slow. We rather walk maybe 5 minutes to 94 street and wait for #M60 which can take you to the airport or to 125 street on that corner. Also,grab a prepared-breakfast at the counter. The ease of booking and proximity to the airport. I also liked the free shuttle.

This was a last minute booking as our flight landed around midnight. I was very impressed with this hotel and surprised that it was only rated as a 2.5 star hotel. Everything was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the free hot breakfast the following morning. The shuttle runs to LGA every 20 minutes and the drivers were very polite and helpful.

The location was great and the price as well.
My checking in experience was horrible. Matters where taken care and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The pros are that this hotels' location has access to public transportation, parking is available, and breakfast is served. The cons are front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. My check in experience was horrible, but my matter was solved by priceline. I appreciate how priceline did their job and assisted me with this matter. Another con is that the pool is located outside the hotel, no WiFi in the rooms, house keeping comes around to early. I would not stay at this hotel again. ...read more

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The convenience to the airport was great and the shuttle was on time and the driver was thoughtful. I have no complaints.

This hotel was in a great location to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.
