The breakfast was very satisfying, friendly front desk, room was very clean.
Nothing.
For the price, the hotel was very nice. Close to the area we needed. There is no bellhop, etc.and if you do not mind carrying your luggage and finding your own cab it is fine. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Small in size, but if you need just a room to sleep and take a shower it is perfect.

I've stayed in many different hotels in Downtown Manhattan, typically 3 stars and up. The hotel was nice and reasonable. I'd stay again in the future.

Close to the Seaport where we could watch the sunrise.
Room was not facing a balcony as it had been described.
Good place to lay your head for the price in the Financial District.

I liked the outside porch area.
The room was very small and cramped. The shower was filthy and the door did not function
The staff was very nice. They seemed very knowledgeable of the city. The location of our room was more or less the basement and our room was very much smaller than expected.
