Clean, comfortable beds, conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.
Doors on the side where we parked would not work. Broken and needed fixed.
Wonderful hotel, comfortable and clean, great breakfast with many items to choose from. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

The staff was extremely nice and accomedating. They went out of their way to help when they didn't have to.
There was no jacuzzi and it's not pet friendly. Also the shuttle times were very inconvenient for enjoying the night life of city walk.
Great hotel great staff and great location!

Friendly staff free shuttle service for parks nice selection for cont. breakfast very helpful with tips on dining and activities.
We were not in hotel long, breakfast in morning before shuttle parks, nothing bad to say.

The shuttle is free to Universal, but if you are not staying there for 12 hours you will need to take a cab back to the hotel.
Extremely clean room. No mold or mildew, no spray to hide any thing. Very personable and friendly staff.

Very close to universal studios.
Shuttle experience was not good.
The hotel was very close to universal which is a plus. You could walk but it would be over a mile to get there. The shuttle to universal offered by hotel wasn't convenient enough for me. 8:20am, 10:00, 12:45 . The 10 am was OK but the hotel would not be picking you back up until 7:30ish or 9:45. Bummer for me . I expected more shuttle times. So we ended up spending the $15 to park . ...
