Hampton Inn Orlando Florida Mall

Will not stay in section of hotel that we stayed in this trip. Smoking and non-smoking rooms next to each other, hallway reaked of cigarette smoke. If I were owner, entire hotel would be non-smoking.

Awful service. We received a smoking room even though we brought our 8 month old baby with us to this hotel. Upon checking in I was told that there were no more rooms but that the room we had would smell just like any other room. I reluctantly accepted as we had a tired baby in need of a nap after a long trip. Once we got to the room we were bowled over by the strong smoke smell and put off by cigarette burns scattered around the room. After calling the front desk to beg for transfer we experienced a screaming match with management and were denied a refund or a transfer to another Hampton inn. Nice hotel and I will recommend it.

The hotel seemed like it needed some upkeep.

My stay good, I loved the great breakfast, a lot of different choices, it's located close to the Florida mall & not too far from all the major attractions. There,s a McDonald,s & Long John Silver,s next door to the hotel. This hotel is located on one of the busiest streets but there is access to a traffic light so there wasn't,t an issue with getting out onto the road. I'd recommend this hotel. ...read more

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations for the price that I paid. Spacious rooms with a microwave, fridge, and brand new flat TV are a pleasant surprise. I didn't get a chance to check-out the pool, but we enjoyed the free hot breakfast complete with waffle makers, sausage, omelets, danish, and much more. I'm a non-smoker and even though I had a smoking room, it didn't bother me at all. It was evident how well they clean the rooms.

We would very highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very convenient to Orlando attractions. Great value for the price!
