They put us in a smoking room. I thought I picked a non smoking room but they would not move us.In Canada this would not be an issue. We have a no smoking policy in all our hotels. Get with the times people. No one wants a stinky room!

All your hotels should be non smoking!

The breakfast was disappointing. The turkey sausage was awful and no eggs.

The hotel seemed like it needed some upkeep.

Clean rooms and wonderful staff.
Hard to locate from main road.

We would very highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very convenient to Orlando attractions. Great value for the price!

Clean, comfy bed, and breakfast was good. exceeded my expectations for the price.
I
didn't notice anything negative during my short stay.

For the price I wouldn't even think twice about staying again. I usually have to pay twice as much for a room that nice.

The staff was excellent & provided great service! The bed was incredibly soft and very close to Universal.
