Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Philadelphia/King Of Prussia

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The hotel was clean, pleasant and had a great and helpful staff!
The hotel is a little challenging to get to if you are approaching it from the west!

We have stayed at several hotels in the area, and we liked the Hampton in best. Except for being a little challenging to get to when arriving form the west, everything was great. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and everything from the main entry area, to the room was fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast more than adequate.

I liked that this hotel room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was kind. It's a good hotel. The bed was also very comfortable!! My favorite thing about this hotel was just how clean it is.
The only negative thing about this hotel is that our room was right outside the highway so the traffic was pretty loud while we were sleeping. We blocked it out, and I'm sure the hotels on the other side of the building did not hear it.

Clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly.
A little tricky to get to when arriving from the turnpike, have to do a u turn to get to the hotel.

The hotel and the room were very clean. There was a pleasant, clean smell in the room and in the hallway and common areas. The room was spacious enough that we didn't feel crammed in there with our pack and play set up. The staff was so friendly, I felt very pleased with our hotel choice from the moment we were greeted at the front desk! The young lady working there was very sweet and professional. I would definitely stay here again if we should ever return to the area. ...read more

I was recovering from Surgery the day we checked in and they made sure I had ice packs, juice, and snacks as I had not eaten all day .
nothing. I was completely happy.

Even though I had not come to the hotel for a vacation, I felt like I was on one. Everyone was kind and understanding and made it easier to just relax and heal.

The bed was magnificent - so comfortable! A lot of pillows - you never get that!
Breakfast was only so-so.

It was very clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet was great as well.
The location was difficult to get to, such a densely populated area.

I had a nice stay, very comfy bed and pillows, very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator, large TV and a coffee pot. The hotel is located in a very busy area which made finding it and then having to do a upturn to get to it a hassle which is too bad really, because the room and staff made it a hotel. I would definitely want to return to, but I would think twice because of the location and traffic. ...read more

friendly staff, sauna, and fitness room
I expected a laundry area. Many Hamptons do and when staying long term I'd like to see that added.

Excellent staff.

Friendly staff, great free breakfast
Lowest toilets I have ever seen, if you are older than 8 or taller than 5ft, it's a long way down and even harder toraise up from

Super friendly staffs that make an fort tore ever who you are, as if you were at a bed and breakfast, instead of a mid price chain
