STAFF WAS AMAXXING AND VERY ATTENTIVE. GAVE A TOILETRIES THAT i HAD LEFT BEHIND FOR FREE.

location close to Phoenix airport
unreliable shuttle service to airport

We stayed at this hotel to catch a 6 AM flight at the airport. Although we had a reservation and were at the front desk five minutes early, the 4:30 AM shuttle left early for the airport without us. We caught the next shuttle, but nearly missed our flight. Very poor performance by the hotel staff!

The breakfast was great.
The beds, and the pool was closed.

I was really disappointed that we got there and the pool was closed. Our whole trip was based on swimming. The beds were not queen beds but doubles and I specifically paid for queens. The breakfast was great though

Breakfast was great, pool was great!

I stayed here to take my kids to the Phoenix zoo, this hotel was very close to the zoo and the breakfast in the morning was very good with many options. Also, we spent time in the pool and it was a very nice heated pool which was great for kids.

Close to Phoenix Sky harbor Airport and shuttle service is 24 hours.
Kinda scary police were stationed there both nights we checked in and in the morning.
