Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Phoenix/Scottsdale At Shea Blvd.
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 20, 2013

This is a very nice hotel with a great hot breakfast. My room was spacious and cleaned well every day. The pool looked nice although I was too busy to use it.

clean rooms.
We were very pleased with this hotel. The hotel clerk was very helpful and courteous. She even called our room about a half hour after we got there to make sure everything was to our liking. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Everything seemed very secure. The bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet. There were many more TV channels than what I have experienced in other hotels too. ...

The service was great the breakfast was good, but the pool had way too much chlorine tasted like we were in the ocean.

Honestly, I feel like
I paid a lot of money for a slightly fancy Best Western.
