Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Coral, Fl

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was ok.They initially gave me a smoking rm, claiming that was all they had. Was like spending the night in an ashtray. My clothes and stuff smelled like cigarette butts the next day. Then they changed it to a first floor "handicap" rm.
There wasn't much to like. The staff was friendly, the room was pretty clean and comfortable. But noisey.

The location of this hotel is horrible. In order to go anywhere, you have to pay a $2.00 toll each time to cross the bridge. There is very little in the immediate vacinity. It seems if the room is reserved by priceline, you get the worst they have to offer, although the hotel was not sold out. Also when you reserve with priceline, whatever they claim is your total cost using their "name your own price", it isn't; when you get the bill they tack on $10 per night. ...read more

good location and very good staff
because of the price line booking, could not change us out of a smoking room. both my wife and I have allergies and the stench of the smoking room affected us. The staff tried to help get rid of the smell, but as non smokers, you could tell the odor

Hotel is gererally a very good hotel and and in a good location in Cape Coral. Does still have smoking rooms which we got stuck with because of the way priceline works.

Rooms were clean and fresh. Front desk was very helpful with check-in and area directions. Always pleasant
No

Room was cleanand current as was the bath/shower area. Breakfast had quite a few options. Swimming pool and area was secluded and blocked most of the wind on a cool day

Nice large, clean room at an excellent price.
The shower plumbing seemed like it could be updated, it just didn't seem as nice as the rest of the room. But definitely a very minor detail. The hotel was awesome from the room to the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. The bed was comfortable, coffee and breakfast were good.
The water in the shower kept dripping and couldn't be turned off completely. Behind the nightstand there was dust and debris that should have been vaccumed up. Not really any rooms with a good view. Mine looked down across a hardware store.

The hotel was what you would expect from the star rating. For the price I got it for, I was quite happy. Everyone was friendly and it was easy to find parking. I wish the pool was inside especially since there is a busy road nearby and shops. The hotel is very easy to get to and was located right next to main roads in Cape Coral.

Spacious rooms, clean. Staff and service were friendly and good
The location is not most convenient unless u needed pharmacies. There is a CVS and Walgrens almost next door!

This hotel was very good value, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff friendly. The only thing is we arrived late and it was hard to find a decent restaurant that's not fast food nearby that was still open after 9pm

I loved the lcd tv, couch, big bathrooms, and spacious room.
One of the elevators was not working so waiting on the elevator took a couple of minutes with 4 floors at 10 in the morning.

Checking was the quickest I have ever had. They had a continental hot breakfast. The rooms were very spacious. Very clean. Will return again.
