Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati/Uptown-University Area
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2012

Overall I was happy with this hotel. Very updated and new. Very comfy beds. Very nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit lots of choices. Did not like that the ice bucket was 12 inches from toilet and that the coffee pot was in bathroom.

Hotel was great. Will not book with Priceline ever again and will encourage my friends and family not to as well.

New hotel completed in 2011. Nice layout, no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Parking was on site, but they charge an additional fee for parking. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was close to the university. Mark at the front desk was excellent.
The fact that the air conditioner temp is set to NOT be set below 72 degrees was very uncomfortable considering it was 80 degrees outside. When I told the front desk about it in the morning the response was "we will have to get maintenance to look at it". They know well and good that it is locked in that way.
I do not understand why they charge $9.00 for parking in the hotel parking lot. ...
