Couple
We encountered another guest already staying in our room when we got there, and it appeared that another guest was having a similar problem. I believe the staff said the problem was that another staff member had checked people in earlier by giving them their keys, but not checking them into the system, so the rooms were showing up empty. We ended up getting what we needed, but I feel sorry for the guests who showed up last that night. ...

Brand new. Exceptionally clean. Very convenient location for anything at Cincy University. Very quiet even with some football game folks staying as we were. A very easy walk to the university and to a pretty decent restaurant, "The cactus pear". Well lit parking area with good size stalls for larger autos. All staff members were really pleasant to deal with and helpful for directions, suggestions etc. ...

Hotel was great better than the pictures. I was a little hesitant after looking at te pictures but the hotel was way beyond what I expected.
