Staff was nice. Nice breakfast choices.
Indoor pool was a little heavy on the chorloine.

We were there for a medical issue for our grandson. A little expensive. Have to return for further treatments. Looking for something a little expensive as we will be there for several days. Liked the location to where we needed To be close to hospital. But not there for pleasure.

The hotel was confused about Pricelines purchase if the room. They charged my credit card again after Priceline charged my card. Went to the front desk 4 times to straighten this out. Won't be using Priceline again

The housekeeping and hardworking staff were incredibly friendly. The people at the front desk however were not as friendly... Very fake. You could see their unwillingness to help all over their face.
They overbooked my room. Even after talking to the man at the front desk once before booking with Priceline and after... They were clueless. I drove 3 hours expecting to get what I paid for and was without much remorse placed in what was left over.

Over all this hotel was extremely clean and brand new with great housekeeping staff. I mainly booked the hotel because of the location and walking distance to the areas I traveled there for. Other than the city itself just being horribly rundown and dirty, as well as constant construction creating conjestion, I would stay at this hotel again.

Did not have a regular king room - had to upgrade to suite(more $)

Excellent location and nice clean (and new) facility. Good customer service at front desk and nice breakfast

Everything was new, and the room setup was neat and different.
We were given our keys, went to room, and someone was already in that room.

We encountered another guest already staying in our room when we got there, and it appeared that another guest was having a similar problem. I believe the staff said the problem was that another staff member had checked people in earlier by giving them their keys, but not checking them into the system, so the rooms were showing up empty. We ended up getting what we needed, but I feel sorry for the guests who showed up last that night. ...read more

Clean, roomy, quiet, AWESOME breakfast.
$9 parking.

Great! Family friendly. Would definitely recommend. Not sure why there is a $9 parking fee though.

The room was spacious and attractive! Great Breakfast Selection too!
$9 for parking is a bit much!

Highly attractive room in a great location if you're going to the Cincinnati Zoo. Exceptionally helpful staff! Tremendous continental breakfast selections.

Breakfast area could use a few more tables and chairs, but space is limited as far as I could see.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, . Clean and comfortable room and the free breakfast was quite nice.
