We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, staff was super friendly, gratis breakfast awesome.
Air-conditioning unit in bedroom blew directly on our heads.
Friendly staff, knew everything going on in Downtown Columbus, OH,
clean rooms, (they are in the process of updating/installing new decor in all of the rooms), complimentary breakfast was incredible.

Nice locations
There was construction on my floor and it was very dusty. The bed was lumpy and the floor and my room smelled like mold.

The people who worked there were awesome and beds were very comfortable.
No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.
