The location of this hotel made it difficult for anyone without a car to tour around. However the shuttle took us anywhere we wanted. We managed to see the sights of downtown Grapevine, nearby lake, fireworks, as well as get to airport for our return flights all on time. Front desk was pleasant and engaged in a lengthy discussion one evening when they had time and it just made us feel like people NOT just a number or business ticket! Everything wasw clean, including bathroom floor corners. Breakfast was similar to any other continental one, but coffee and fruit was available 24 hurs a day on the counter and was appreciated. The "to go" bags of fruit, water bottle, muffin ended up being a lifesaver one day when nothing was around to buy. The hotel served our purpose, but the staff made it all come together. ...

The hotel was very nice and inviting. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a suite which was very nice, however, when first walking into the room it smelled musty. But I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

It's nice, clean and comfortable with attentive staff. However, I prefer Embassy Suites for the separate bedroom and hot, made-to-order breakfast.
