The location was great. The pillows were even BETTER.
Yes, the one thing is it was a bit noise with doors slamming closed and I was VERY unhappy about having to pay $5 to park.

Hotel was great. Nice downtown location. Close to a Mexican food restaurant.

It was very clean, and the decor was very modern and chic.
I can't think of anything I did not like.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was sparkling clean, and the modern decor really made it feel more like a luxury hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and provided all of the amenities we could possibly want. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for getting around downtown Denver - it is close to everything!

I liked the location. It was near downtown, but a couple blocks away.
Parking is not free. The pillows were not good.

I really liked this hotel and will probably stay here again. I will bring my own pillow.

Staff very courteous, lots of cleanliness everywhere.
Pool area unclean, breakfast food served cold with many people waiting, room felt crowded with furniture.

Good hotel for the price,excellent front desk service. Only experienced a few problems during our 3 day stay.

The size of room and clean comfert
staff was very unhelpful in providing directions and were somewhat snotty

rooms were great, lobby, halls and overall condition of facility was excellent. At a downtown hotel staff needs to more fluent with the attactions, services, and area. To be able to convey to guest the how to's and make sugestions.

They had only valet parking or if you decided not for that option then you had to pay somewhere else thats extra.

Helpful staff and great (free!) hot continental breakfast.
Everything exceeded my expectations.

The location was great. In the middle of downtown and it was very walkable to many areas of the city. The continental breakfast was much better than the average hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was freindly. The Business Center allowed you to go on the Internet, not just print your boarding pass, which was helpful.
