Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/Clear Lake-Nasa Area
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

The breakfast was nice. But it does close promptly at 10 AM. This is still a late time however. Everyone was very friendly. The grounds are very well taken care of. The pool and hot tub have been closed and are now. But, as far as I can tell, there was no activity at all on them while I was there.

This was a great place to stay! Nice, clean, friendly and very helpful! You are in the middle of great places to eat, shop and sightsee! I think the nicest hotel we've stayed in, in this area. (we've stayed at several). We stayed last Friday & Saturday night and the front desk girl was so sweet and nice. (Myshea? Sorry about spelling). Thank you for a great experience for my family!! ...

Overall the hotel was fine. Lobby was nice and nice eating area. Again, breakfast was great! I would stay there again although it didn't "wow" me, but it was nice and clean.

No problem with the hotel, it was great. However, we will be thinking twice about using Priceline to book hotels in the future as the is no option for choosing a room with 2 beds to accommodate 3 adults so there was a surprise when the price increased when we got there.
