The hotel staff was wonderful, my mom is claustrophobic and one of the ladies at the desk walked her up to her room while I was getting the luggage. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel

Purchased room through priceline. The hotel charged me as well. Therefore was double charged. Staff said they will let gm know to get fixed. A few days later no call back and charge still stands. Prob wont stay again because of this
Hotel was nice. Billing is what the problem was

The cleanliness and size of the room,the staff,the location all were excellent.

Loved the room! and the breakfast was great!
Not a great view from the window and no fridge or microwave in the room.
it was a great experience...loved being able to walk to the aquarium!

great location, new hotel. convenient to highway and attractions
door slamming! Starting at 6am, people were checking out and the doors slam so loud, jolting me awake contstantly...more than 20 words!
Very clean. Great bed and linens. No complaints about the hotel at all, except the doors slam shut so hard and fast. Amazing that people are not conscious of the doors slamming. This was almost enough to make me check out 1 night early and go somewhere else....

The room and public areas were clean and attractive. Good breakfast included.
We were able to hear normal activity noises from adjoining rooms.
We like to stay at Hampton Inns. The price is good and a warm breakfast is included. It was a neat and attractive hotel. I was disappointed with how much we could hear from the rooms right next to us. I could even hear a simple drawer opening and closing.

Excellent value for class. New hotel. Very friendly staff. Good and varied hot breakfast. Very large rooms including bathroom, for class.
