The room was OK, however the refrigerator and microwave were missing if the empty cabinet in the room was there for that reason?
When we arrived the desk person on duty, Treated us like we were completely unwelcome? This is a first for Hampton, in the last twelve months, we have traveled to California, Las Vegas, NV (twice), New York City and now Fort Worth. Very bad Service!
Service and Treatment a Zero, hotel and other amenities a 6/10 Definitely not a Three Star Hotel. Do not go to this hotel, there are many other Hilton Properties near by that I am sure would treat guests better than this place, not all the staff was rude, however the person on duty on the 13th of Feb 5:00 P.M. was, obviously poorly managed and staff not getting Needed Training!

neatness, lobby, hot breakfast.
The room did not have a dresser where to place our cloths or the one provided was too small.
The location is a little far from Fort Worth. It is a nice hotel though. The swimmingpool is a lot smaller than it looks on the internet pictures and lacks more tables with umbrellas.

Coffee all day long in the lobby.
No fridge or microwave in room, pretty standard for Hampton Inns.
We
enjoyed our stayed. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast area was good and mostly well stocked. It got it hard on Saturday morning, but otherwise nice. Missed having a fridge in the room to keep water cool..it's hot in Texas!

Very close to the activities we were interested.
The swimming pool needed to be cleaned.
Overall liked the location and the morning food was really fresh and tasted great.
