Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City-Bricktown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

Of any of the 3 days we were there, the best we got was medium-warm water from the shower. The night of the concert there was only lukewarm water, and the morning of our checkout the water was FREEZING. I had called to report this, but no one seemed overly concerned and we were not compensated in any way for the inconvenience. Maintenance told us it's the temperature on their hot water tank thermostat. Not having a hot shower is a deal breaker for me--for that reason alone I won't stay here again. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Bricktown with easy walking to the ballpark and Chesapeake Arena. The breakfast each day had very good selections, lots of stuff to choose from. The gym is nicely equipped. Free Wi-Fi is always a plus. Overall, typical 2 star facility. If a nicer hotel had been available, I would have booked elsewhere (especially since this place was priced about the same as the nicer hotels down the street) ...

The hotel was very clean and accomadating. Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for our trip. Parking was an extra $8 but covered two cars for our entire stay! Would recommend!

Overall, this is a good location if you just need a place to sleep and aren't looking for much out of the hotel itself. It's definitely a kid-friendly location, so if you don't have kids or would be annoyed by the sound of 20 of them running back and forth in the pool area (which is completely set up for kids) then this isn't the place for you. There are probably cheaper options nearby that will give you more bang for your buck, but this place is definitely worth it if you can get a good non-conference rate on a weekend night when you can go out and experience OKC.
