The staff bent over backwards to be helpful and polite. It was clean and cheery. The location was outside of the touristy area of Plymouth, and was not a long drive to get to the waterfront areas. The rooms were very quiet.
1)We would have preferred a higher quality of mattress and bedding, such as the level of the one in Ft. Pierce. 2)The curved shower curtain rod was not leveled properly, so the curtain always slid to the center, getting the floor wet.3)The morning fruit s
cont. from above 3)salad was added to the previous days, so it always had that slightly off/fermented taste. All in all we were very satisfied with our 9 day stay, and would go back there. The staff was outstanding, all of them.

It was a good, clean, hotel and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the front lobby was being remodel which meant that the breakfast area had been moved to a smaller room, and there was no lounge area. This will be finished in a few weeks.
A good hotel if you don't mind staying a little outside Plymouth center. It is near a shopping mall and TGI Fridays, Chillis' and Bertuccis, so if you don't want to go far for a meal it's convenient. This is my second stay at the hotel and I would recommend it.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and facilities all new or well maintained.
Location in mall parking lot wasn't very attractive - glad we had a room in the back so we could see trees.

beds were very comfortable ,even had feather pillows which I like
The breakfast was not as good as I expected,the hot food was only warm and sometimes cold

I like clean sheets daily. This hotel changes them every 4 days
Clean, great location and friendly helpful staff. Linens are not changed often enough. Even every other day would have been much nicer than every 4 days.
