Hampton Inn & Suites Reno

Hole in the bathroom wall, stains on the lounge chair, $16 movie rental was grainy and I could barely hear it turned up full blast. Walls were paper thin. I've paid way less for rooms that were a lot nicer. I expected more.

Rooms are nicely appointed and VERY clean . Fell asleep immediately & had a great nights rest. Just off Hwy 580 but very quiet. The morning breakfast was delish ! The staff is knowledgeable & professional .

I would def consider staying here again, although for the price we paid, I would second guess it. Wish the rates were much more reasonable.

I was really dissapointed as this hotel was alot different then the many other Hampton hotels we have stayed at before.seemed like a Holiiday Inn express to me.Also to boot they charged my credit card $25 each for 2 handtowels when my daughter got sick,I washed them the best I could and they just needed to be bleached after that.really $50 for 2 handtowels,I have never felt a more unwelcome in a hotel stay then at this Hampton ...read more

Everything was fabulous, except because of the thin walls, we had a complaint about our children only about 30 minutes into being there (at 4:30 in the afternoon)... we got a knock on the wall from our not so friendly neighbors AND a call from the front desk asking us to quiet our children down.

Excellent-will be visiting again.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. All essential amenities were provided complimentary if they were forgotten. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel provided receipt for another Bruce S. from Norwich, CT. I have never been to Norwich, CT. Desk clerk refused to change receipt, saying this is the information that was provided by Priceline.com.

Great place to stay and good breakfast.

We arrived with 15 minutes to spare before we needed to be ready for a wedding. They quickly found a room for us, and we made a quick change and were out the door in time!
