Clean room, fresh bedding, responsive staff, quiet, thermostat temperature control
Refridgerator in room was slightly noisy - just turned it on very low.

I believe this hotel to be the best in the area. The previous customer reviews were accurate. The only problem was very unusual and the staff corrected it as quickly as possible and took complete resposibilty for it. The problem was - the room key card reader was malfunctioning every day and on the last night of my stay it totally stopped working. The staff did their best to get the key card reader reprogrammed but it still took about 3 hours to complete. ...read more

New and clean right where
I wanted to be.
The room was on the bottom floor and there was no ceiling just concrete.

The ceiling allowed us to be woken at about 5 am to slamming doors up-stair and it didn't stop. so my night was over very early,
I mentioned to the front desk and they just said huh really oh I am sorry well for that reason i wont be there again i stayed in in Atlantic beach and it was a little dirtier because of its age but was much quieter.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very courteous.

Our stat at the Hampton Inn at Swansboro NC was great. We were there to visit our son who is stationed at Camp Geiger and the location was convenient to the base and the beach. The rooms and facilities were clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. We are planning to return for Memorial Day weekend.
