Loved the hotel, room was clean. Lobby was great, 24 hour hot chocolate, coffee and tea. Kids loved it.

This hotel was very nice, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was good. They have a washer/dryer in each floor so it is convenient to catch up on any laundering. They have board games available for children in the lobby as well as books for adults. If you needed some information the staff gladly helped. The pool looked nice but we didn´t take our bathing suits so we didn´t try it. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The staff was very helpful. The were able to change our reservation to the following night (at no additional charge) due to a huge storm and freeway conditions. I was quite impressed! The room was clean and nice. However, one of the beds, while comfortable, was having what must have been a static electricity issue. It literally threw sparks all night long, which led to a miserable night's sleep for me. When I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk, he laughed and said he'd never heard such a thing in four years working there. While I admit it must have sounded weird, I would've expected some sympathy or an apology for the terrible night's sleep. ...
