Excellent customer service from staff-- friendly, helpful, and quick to fix problems.
Shower head had orange mold on it. But they replaced the entire shower head right away.
This was a really pleasant stay. Staff was really helpful and pleasant. The rest of our room and the hotel was very clean, but the shower head had some orange mold on it around the nozzles and the rim where water pooled after the shower was turned off. They came to check it out while we were at breakfast; when we got back, they'd replaced the entire shower head. Lobby and breakfast area are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast itself is fairly standard hotel fare. Staff exceptionally friendly and obliging. Will go out of our way to stay here again next time we pass through the area. ...

This was the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at and I've been to several. The comfortable beds and clean atmosphere are the best.
Best Hampton Inn in my experience. I only stay at Hampton's because of the comfortable beds and clean atmosphere.
