Dated, but clean so . . . it was OK. Staff was great!

Location is the best thing here. Right downtown. Right on the lake. Nice people.

The staff was great.
no automatic doors in the front which makes it tough when you are carrying a lot of stuff which is usually the case when you are out of town. We did talk to the staff and they said it was one of the upgrades which was suppose to take place soon.

Nice location...friendly staff....nice to have the restaurant attached. nice to have walking distance to all the downtown shops. Love it!!!

Very nice room and great location
Rooms next to ours were being used for massage and they were using the hallway as an "office" so to speak. Appointment book was in the corner of the hall and felt like every time we left our room, we were walking through their office. Very inconvenient.

Older, but well kept hotel in a prime location right across the street from the lake and a couple blocks from the heart of downtown. Well maintained, but could probably use some upgrades. Great restaurant attached in Gino's East Chicago Pizza! Small parking lot, but well managed with a lot attendant and in-car parking passes issued at check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect; right across the street from the lake and its activities.
The bed was horrible. I couldn't really rest like I wanted to....... It also had a funny smell to it.

The hotel is good for its worth. It covers your basics and has great location, especially being walking distance from downtown. The rooms though are sub-par and I probably wouldn't stay here again and would opt for something nicer and more relaxing. The Ginos right downstairs is a great option for eating.

Great view. Great price. Spacious hotel room.

Nice hotel in Lake Geneva with great location. You can walk to downtown in less than 5 minutes for shopping. It is within walking distance to the lake within 1-2 minutes. Giordano's Restaurant is next door to the hotel for great food. Great location and great price.

They were very accommodating, I had a wedding the day of my arrival and they let me checked-in earlier that day!
Not really, It was what I was expecting for the price!

It was a great Hotel, I only stayed for 1 night, so can't say much of the staff or stay but everything looked pretty good!
