Hotel Guest Reviews of the Harborside Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I loved the design in the rooms.
I did not like that no breakfast was available.

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was rather dry at times but it was designed nicely and met our needs for the night.

Location was perfect.
Young people running the halls and yelling after midnight.

It was charmingly nostalgic being a renovated warehouse, very clean, nicely updated rooms, delicious coffee in the lobby area. Overall, just a wonderful experience, we would definitely make it a return destination.

Great location, really quiet and cute, room was clean and smelled good.
The window shades did not block out much light - it was surprising since all the other decor was really high quality.

Great location, friendly service, high quality furniture and decor, clean, quiet, comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the window shades did not block much light - so the room was very well lit when the sun came up.

Location excellent, room a nice size, bed very comfortable.
Free Internet offered in lobby was rather slow.

Queen room with city view was a good size with attractive decor (kind of an urban feel, with exposed brick wall and large floor-to-ceiling framed mirror). Room was supplied with 2 chairs and a table, and a large TV in a shelving unit that provided additional storage. Nicely sized closet and 2 nightstands each with 2 drawers - lots of storage space. Room also had a mini-fridge so purchased food and drink could be stored. Bathroom was a bit small but nicely furnished. Bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was currently undergoing some construction but this didn't affect comfort level (no noise problems). Location is hard to beat, across the street from the harbor and with a T station right out the front door. Overall a nice place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. ...read more

The room was cool as it had exposed brick.
The street noise kept us awake at night. Close to loud bar.

Lobby was nice. Room was small but clean and had nice high ceilings and neat exposed brick.

Steps from Quincy Market.
Unfortunately the lobby had a strange smell to it.

Location cannot be beat.
Lobby smelled old/musty and the elevators seemed old.

For the price, this hotel's location cannot be beat.
